Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Auto to Rental, we aim to provide the best possible service for our customers. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our comprehensive policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellations

  • Cancellations Made by the Customer:

    • You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the rental start time for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental start time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the rental start time.
  • Cancellations Made by the Rental Company:

    • If a booking is canceled by the rental company due to vehicle unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule your rental.

2. Deposit Refund Conditions

  • Cancellations 15 Days or More Before Departure: Subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit.
  • Cancellations 14 to 7 Days Before Departure: The deposit is subject to a 20% forfeiture.
  • Cancellations 6 to 5 Days Before Departure: The deposit is subject to a 50% forfeiture.
  • Cancellations 4 to 3 Days Before Departure: The deposit is subject to a 70% forfeiture.
  • Cancellations Less Than 72 Hours Before Departure: No refund will be provided; the full deposit will be forfeited.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be made via the Auto to Rental platform or by contacting our customer service team.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the time of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to collect the vehicle at the agreed pick-up time and location without prior notice, this will be considered a no-show, and you will not be eligible for any refund.

5. Catering Cancellation Policy

  • Notice Period: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel catering services without incurring charges.
  • Less Than 48 Hours Notice: Full charges for the catering services will apply.

6. Changes to Bookings

  • You may modify your booking (such as changing the rental dates) up to 48 hours before the rental start time, subject to vehicle availability.
  • If a modification results in a price increase, the difference must be paid at the time of the change. No refunds will be issued for price reductions due to modifications.

7. Disputes

  • If there is a dispute regarding the rental service or vehicle condition, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of the issue. We will work with you and the rental company to resolve the matter fairly.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events that prevent the completion of the rental, a partial or full refund may be issued at the discretion of Auto to Rental.
