1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of AutoToRental.com, including all services, features, applications, booking tools, and marketplace functionality provided through our platform. By using our services, users agree to be legally bound by these terms.

2. About AutoToRental

AutoToRental.com is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent car rental companies, fleet owners, and transportation service providers across the UAE and other supported regions.

AutoToRental does not own, operate, or directly provide listed vehicles unless specifically stated. Our role is limited to facilitating bookings and enabling communication between users and suppliers.

3. Eligibility

To book through our platform, users must:

• Be at least 21 years of age unless otherwise specified
• Hold a valid driving license
• Provide authentic identification documents
• Meet local rental provider requirements

4. Account Registration

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and securing login credentials. AutoToRental is not responsible for unauthorized account access resulting from user negligence.

5. Booking Confirmation

Bookings become valid only after confirmation from both payment processing systems and the listed supplier. Availability displayed on the platform does not guarantee reservation until final confirmation is issued.

6. Pricing

Vehicle pricing, offers, mileage limits, deposits, and promotional discounts are determined by suppliers. AutoToRental reserves the right to correct pricing inaccuracies or remove listings without notice.

7. Security Deposits

Some suppliers may require refundable security deposits. Deposit collection, release timelines, deductions, and disputes are managed directly by the supplier.

8. Payments

Payments may be processed through secure third-party gateways. Users authorize payment collection for confirmed bookings and applicable service charges.

9. Cancellation Policy

• 15+ days before booking: 90% refund
• 7–14 days: 80% refund
• 3–6 days: 50% refund
• Less than 72 hours: Non-refundable
• No-show bookings: Non-refundable

10. Vehicle Delivery & Collection

Delivery and collection timing depends entirely on supplier schedules and availability. Delays caused by traffic, weather, operational issues, or external factors may occur.

11. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Provide false information
• Use vehicles unlawfully
• Permit unauthorized drivers
• Violate UAE traffic laws
• Damage supplier property intentionally

12. Traffic Violations & Fines

Users are solely responsible for all traffic fines, toll charges, parking penalties, impound fees, and related violations incurred during rental periods.

13. Insurance

Insurance coverage is determined by the supplier. Users must review policy limitations, excess liability, exclusions, and accident procedures before booking.

14. Supplier Responsibility

Vehicle condition, maintenance, cleanliness, roadworthiness, and legal compliance remain solely the responsibility of the listed supplier.

15. Limitation of Liability

AutoToRental shall not be liable for:

• Vehicle breakdowns
• Supplier cancellations
• Service delays
• Accidents or injuries
• Indirect financial losses
• Disputes between renters and suppliers

16. Intellectual Property

All platform content including trademarks, text, design elements, booking systems, and visual assets remain the exclusive property of AutoToRental.com.

17. Platform Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate platform access for misuse, fraud, policy violations, or suspicious activity.

18. Privacy Protection

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data protection laws.

19. Amendments

AutoToRental may revise these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

20. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to UAE court jurisdiction.
